Insurance

Insurance companies depend on us for investigations that are completed efficiently & professionally.

Surveillance
Surveillance is conducted at the subject’s place of residence to obtain video documentation of his or her activities, with a specific focus on physical restrictions or limitations. The detailed surveillance report includes background information as well as color photographs of the subject engaging in various activities. The report is accompanied by a video DVD to further document the subject’s movements.

Activities Checks
We determine the subject’s current place of residence and activity level including his or her place of employment, physical activities, gym memberships, social interests, and typical daily routine. This type of investigation can also be combined with surveillance to include videotape documentation of the information obtained.

Background & Criminal Records Investigations
We determine the subject’s complete address history including property ownership, business ownership, affiliations, assets, bankruptcies, judgments, and liens. We also determine the subject’s current criminal record including felonies, misdemeanors, federal charges, arrests, sex offenses, and outstanding warrants.

Asset Search Investigations
We conduct a thorough search of records including property deeds, property assessments, property foreclosures, bankruptcy history, motor vehicles, UCC filings, corporations, liens, judgments, aircraft, and business affiliations to determine the subject’s assets.

Locate Investigations
We locate the subject and determine his or her current address, contact information, and place of employment.

Recorded & Written Statements
We will obtain detailed written or recorded statements from insured parties, claimants, and witnesses, and assess their credibility. A complete statement transcription is included with the final report.

Accident Scene Locus Investigation
We conduct a thorough locus investigation at a motor vehicle accident scene. The final report will include photographs and a diagram that depict road configurations, street conditions, visual obstructions, traffic light sequences, and measurements. A locus investigation can also include a canvass for witnesses and recorded statements, if needed.

Expert Court Testimony
Our investigators average 10 to 20 years of experience, with the credentials and expertise required to effectively support our investigations should court testimony be required.
